Refill/Compensation Requests

Your request for acceleration cannot be added before the scheduled start time. Acceleration requests are only added if the service's start time has passed. Sometimes, your request cannot be accelerated immediately, and it may take some time to see the results. This depends on the service provided and platform updates.

Requests to withdraw funds 

You can request to withdraw your balance from the site at any time and for any reason without problems, but please note that a 3% fee will be deducted from the total amount withdrawn due to the financial intermediary's commission.

If you speak to a customer service representative inappropriately, we reserve the right to disable a specific support feature.
